Tailored structure
Two boards looking at the same jurisdiction may require entirely different routes.
We begin with the decision: the outcome required, the facts that support it, the parties whose consent matters, the constraints that cannot be ignored and the point beyond which the route should not proceed.
The mandate is constructed from first principles around that particular decision.
Tailored does not mean personalised presentation. It means a different structure.
The client is not asked to identify, instruct or coordinate the specialists a route may require. That coordination belongs to the mandate.
Regional context
A shared region is not a shared system.
Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia share a region, not a legal, tax, banking, customs or operating system.
A company’s place of incorporation is only one fact. It does not, by itself, determine where its goods originate, how they are treated at the border, or whether a bank or a buyer will accept them.
A route may lie within one jurisdiction or pass through several. In some cases, the correct conclusion is not to proceed.
We do not rank countries. We determine relevance to the mandate.
The threshold
We take on a limited number of mandates.
Every brief is subject to an initial acceptance review. We reply only where we are prepared to proceed, and within fourteen working days.
That reply takes the form of a written Mandate Proposal: our reading of the matter, the required outcome, the proposed route at principle level, scope, critical dependencies, stop conditions, working timetable, fee and payment terms.
